Complex
The apartment complex 'Kennedy House' was completed in 2012 and is suitable for independently living elderly, preferably with a care indication. The complex consists of 3 floors with 35 luxury rental apartments that will be completely renovated in 2021. Under the complex is a parking garage with a capacity of 18 parking spaces (optional to rent). These parking spaces can be reached by means of a car lift. The main entrance can be reached by stairs as well as a ramp. After the main entrance you enter a very spacious corridor where it is possible to park a walker or scooter, of course there is a spacious elevator.
